Do you know a teen aged 14–17 who’s ready to build
confidence, independence, and real-world skills?

What if your teen had the tools to face life with confidence?
Whether they’re preparing for high school, exploring job opportunities, or learning to navigate daily life, Empower Circle equips them with essential skills—like managing anxious thoughts and low moods, coping with stress, feeling overwhelmed, and building self-confidence through positive self-talk.

Who is it for
Empower Circle is a great fit for teens who are:

Struggling with low confidence or self-doubt

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unmotivated

Wanting to become more independent and responsible

Curious about life skills like managing money or preparing for a job

Needing help with time management, social interaction, or setting boundaries

Open to learning in a supportive, group setting with other teens
This group is especially helpful for:
✅ Teens gaining independence or getting ready for life after high school
✅ Neurodivergent teens (ADHD, autism, learning differences) who benefit from structured, hands-on learning
✅ Youth from foster care or home environments where extra life skills are needed
✅ Career-focused teens or those in vocational programs that need skills to navigate their path of life
✅ Anyone wanting to build confidence in social situations and everyday tasks
What to Expect:

Part 1: Personal Skills

Know yourself, communicate, set healthy boundaries.

Care for body and mind through hygiene, sleep, nutrition, and emotional self-care.

Manage time, tasks, and spaces with clarity.

Part 2: Life Skills

Read social cues, give/receive feedback, and show up professionally.

Work through conflict with empathy and clear communication.

Build skills for real-world settings and reflect on growth and next steps.

💼 Our goal is to see our teens walk away with practical skills, a stronger sense of self, and the confidence to handle whatever comes next.
