Dwight Franklin, MSOM, AP
Dwight Franklin, MSOM, AP—also known as “The Brain Health Detective”—is the founder of The Franklin Family Wellness Institute and The Extraordinary Brain Health Detective Agency.

His journey began with a deep fascination for the intricate connection between brain health and the health of every system in the body. This curiosity led him to pursue a degree in Traditional Eastern Medicine with a specialization in Functional Medicine. With over 14 years of clinical experience, Dwight has come to understand that children facing challenges such as ADHD and Autism often have complex, interconnected root causes that require a truly holistic approach.
He created The Brain Health Detective concept out of a strong belief in evidence-based solutions. Much like a detective gathering clues, Dwight uses comprehensive lab testing and detailed symptom analysis to uncover the underlying “culprits” behind a child’s struggles. These may include genetic variations, neurotransmitter imbalances, lifestyle factors, immune system dysfunction, and nutritional deficiencies.

Dwight’s mission is to empower families with personalized, natural solutions that address root causes—not just symptoms. Through The Franklin Family Wellness Institute and The Extraordinary Brain Health Detective Agency, he educates parents and healthcare providers on how to integrate Functional Medicine and Eastern Medicine to help children unlock their full brain potential.

Dwight understands the challenges parents face and is committed to providing not only solutions, but also support, guidance, and hope. His work is rooted in helping families solve their child’s “case” and move forward with clarity, confidence, and lasting change.
Dwight works together with The Kid's Therapy Center on what we call the "Mind Map". This is a detailed look into each person/child's genetics and how those genetics can impact mental and whole-body health. We work hand in hand with Dwight to come up with personalized supplement suggestions based on symptoms and genetics.
