Vanessa Deibert, MSW, LMSW
Counselor 

Vanessa is originally from rural South Dakota and has lived in the Bismarck-Mandan area since 2008. She graduated from the University of Mary with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work in 2012. In 2020, she graduated from Florida State University with a Masters in Social Work. Vanessa has previous experience in working with children with developmental disabilities as well as many years working with foster care and adoption. While Vanessa is particularly passionate about supporting foster and adoptive families, she enjoys working with all children and families ranging from three years of age to adulthood, helping them through relationship difficulties, attachment problems, anxiety, and depression, to name a few. In practice she enjoys utilizing various forms of interventions such as experiential play, sand tray, talk, and art therapies.

 

When she’s not working, Vanessa enjoys spending time at her family’s farm, reading, and crafting.
