Mental Health Counseling Position in Bismarck, ND

The Kids Therapy Center is pleased to announce an open position Full Time or Part Time in our Bismarck Clinic (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, etc). We are excited to be expanding and would love for you to join our fun team.

Benefit Package:

  • Competitive Salary (W2 payroll) – Starting salary for Full time: $70,000 to 145,000 base salary depending on degree, credentials, and experience.

Therapist Description:

  • Work as a team to address mental health needs in children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and their families

  • Provide on-site and Telehealth therapy to a diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults

  • Develop and implement treatment plans

  • Maintain and update clinical records and write progress notes in a timely manner

  • Communicate with a patient’s treatment team (i.e, parents, school, etc)

  • Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner at to maintain and increase goodwill reputation

  • Participate in effective case collaboration and peer supervision

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, etc)​

Requirements:

  • License to practice independently. Completion of a minimum of a master's in counseling/Mental Health degree

  • Completion of 2 years within the field.

  • Licensed at LPC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW or Psychologists. 

  • Knowledge and experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

  • Experience in treating mood and anxiety disorders.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Be a Team Player
