Food For Mood Group

  • Learn to become a food detective for your child's mental health.
  • Learn which foods may increase mental health difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, defiance etc.
  • Learn to read labels, monitor the body for what it needs, and to eliminate.
  • Learn coping skills to make this a lifestyle change for your family.

The Group:

  • Run for about 45 minutes with extra time for questions

  • Run for 4 weeks via zoom 

  • Can be paid for via self-pay or scholarship.
