Counselor
Beth Oldham is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in perinatal mental health, supporting women and families during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. As a Perinatal Mental Health-Certified (PMH-C) clinician, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care for concerns such as postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and the emotional adjustment to parenthood.
Beth also works with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and grief. Her background includes work with older adults, individuals with developmental disabilities, children and families in hospice care, and children with acute and chronic medical conditions, giving her a deep appreciation for how life transitions and health experiences impact the whole family system.
In her work, Beth integrates a variety of approaches to meet each client’s needs, including play therapy, art, sand tray, and talk therapy. She is especially passionate about supporting the parent-child relationship and helping families feel more connected, confident, and supported.
Originally from outside of Waco, Texas, Beth earned both her Bachelor and Master of Social Work from Baylor University. She moved to Bismarck with her husband and children in 2021.
When she is not working, Beth enjoys reading a good book, sipping a cup of coffee, watching cooking shows, and spending time with her family and her rescue dog, Daisy.
