Educating on ways diet, supplements, and exercise promote mental wellness. This class can be offered to businesses for improvement of employee's health.  (1-5 hours)

  2. Naturally Helping Children’s Mental Health As parents, we all want the best for our children, especially when it comes to their mental health. We worry about their physical wellbeing, ensuring they eat a balanced diet and get enough exercise. However, we often overlook the importance of nutrition when it comes to our children's mental health. Studies have shown that there is a significant link between what our children eat and their overall mental wellbeing. By providing them with a healthy diet, without processed sugar, dyes and other junk, we can not only improve their physical health but also positively impact their mood, behavior, and cognitive function. So, next time you're planning meals for your family, consider the impact it could have on your child's mental health too. In this class we will take a look at genetics, nutrition and ways our environment impact mental health.  (1-5 hours)

  3. Epigenetics and You: Epigenetics is a fascinating field of study that investigates how our environment and experiences can influence the expression of our genes. Recent research suggests that epigenetic changes can play a significant role in shaping children's mental health outcomes. Factors such as stress, poor nutrition, and exposure to toxins can alter epigenetic marks, leading to changes in gene expression that may increase the risk of developing mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. However, these changes are not necessarily permanent and can be reversed through interventions such as mindfulness, healthy eating, and exercise. By understanding the role of epigenetics in children's mental health, we can better support their well-being and give them the tools they need to thrive. This training is a half hour to hour training on how nature and nurture impact our mental health. Taking a look at how diet, supplements, and exercise can impact our mental health.
